We are completely remote. No office.

AND, we don’t track time. We don’t care when you work so long as you overlap at least 4 hours a day with your team.

We value transparency and are a very close-knit group of employees.

We share all rev figures with the team and everybody has direct access to Brandon and Manyu (DigiDom founders). Our company always makes sure that there is room for growth and promotion.

We promote people often. We are relentless seekers of both personal growth and business growth. If you bring bottom-line business results, you will be rewarded.

Employees are eligible for a revenue share/incentive program once they have established themselves in the company (usually after 6 months).
